1. Before access is activated
If GTD receives a verified cancellation request before curriculum access is activated, GTD will review the request and, where practicable, cancel or refund the payment less non-recoverable processor, blockchain, network, conversion, or administrative costs. No cancellation is complete until confirmed in writing.
2. Digital delivery and non-refundable access
Once enrollment is activated and digital curriculum access begins, tuition is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires a remedy or GTD verifies that the purchased access was not delivered. Opening, viewing, downloading, or progressing through member curriculum confirms digital delivery.
3. Duplicate payments
A verified accidental duplicate payment for the same member and enrollment will be reviewed for return. Any approved return may be reduced by non-recoverable transaction, network, processor, or conversion costs.
4. Cryptocurrency responsibility
The payer must use the exact asset, network, destination address, amount, and payment window shown at checkout. Transfers on an incorrect network or to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable. GTD does not control blockchain confirmations, exchange delays, wallet errors, network congestion, or third-party fees.
5. Underpayments and overpayments
An underpayment does not activate enrollment until the processor confirms sufficient settlement. A recoverable overpayment will be reviewed with the payment provider. Any correction depends on technical recoverability, identity verification, minimum withdrawal rules, and applicable fees.
6. Payment plans
A payment plan does not create access beyond the period or stage paid for. Failure to complete a scheduled payment may pause or end access as disclosed at enrollment. Amounts already paid remain subject to the digital-delivery rule above.
7. GTD cancellation or non-delivery
If GTD permanently cancels a paid programme before providing the purchased access, GTD will offer an appropriate remedy, replacement access, account credit, or refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law. Temporary maintenance, provider interruption, or reasonable curriculum updates do not by themselves constitute permanent non-delivery.
8. Disputes and mandatory rights
Contact support@goldtradingdesk.com before initiating a payment dispute so the transaction can be investigated. Nothing in this policy excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived in the member’s jurisdiction.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Requests must be sent from the member’s registered email to support@goldtradingdesk.com with the payment identifier and transaction reference.
